I started this service because, in my other real estate business, I was coming across people who owned land that they no longer wanted. I figured that I could probably assist them with a solution, by buying their land at a fair price and removing the whole issue from their lives. Here’s some background on that.
I was trained as a pilot, first in the Navy, and then as a 747 Captain for an international airline. I have always been interested in Real Estate and have bought and sold various types of property over the years. Land has been a constant fascination for me, probably due to my flying experience, seeing all types as I flew across the country and around the world. One day it just hit me that I should take my real estate experience and focus just on land. That’s what I did and I’ve never looked back.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban, sub division land and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot.
